Sports and Arts Camp

Eastpointe Christian Church’s Sports and Arts Camp is a five day, fun-filled camp geared toward helping kids learn the value of teamwork, effort, and drive through sports and arts. It will be offered June 3-7 from 6:30-9:00pm each evening.  Through each of these avenues, kids will be given the chance to see how their hard work and determination help them succeed.  By the end of the week kids will have learned about teamwork, serving others, second chances, trust, and most of all- that God wants us to not just sit on the sidelines, but to GET IN THE GAME!

Come on out and shop till ya’ drop! All proceeds from our Annual Garage Sale will benefit our Student Ministry by providing scholarships for youth camps and conferences. We appreciate your support!

Donated items can be dropped off beginning April 24 during daytime office hours. We will be accepting household items, baby items, clean clothing and shoes, toys, outdoor items, electronics, furniture, etc. We will not be accepting old tube-style televisions.

Eastpointe’s Men’s Ministry is sponsoring a free Men’s Breakfast on March 16, at 8:00am with special guest speaker, Roy Hall. Roy is a former Ohio State University football player and a nationally recognized motivational speaker and corporate consultant. His appearance supports the efforts of the Driven Foundation, a non-profit organization located in Columbus, co-founded by Roy Hall and Antonio Smith. Roy is allocating Eastpointe’s contribution to this event toward providing inner city elementary & middle school boys with free haircuts for 1 month. Get ready to hear Roy’s passionate, high energy message about: Excuses. Perception. Passion! We encourage you to invite a friend!

Biblical Self-Care Class

Biblical Self-Care Class

Join us for a special 6-week Biblical Self-Care class from February 21- March 28, that will teach the basic biblical principles of caring for yourself well in body, mind, and spirit, in order to fully live out the mission God has called you to. This class will require commitment and effort including at-home work. It is not burdensome, but you will need to participate in order to get anything good out of it.

Classes will be held in Room 109/110 from 6:30 - 8:00pm. The cost for this class is $20 per person and includes the needed course workbook in print as well as a digital copy for future/continued use. Ages 18+. Childcare will be provided.

Soup, Salad, and Crafts

Calling all ladies! Join us for a festive day of craft making as well as a soup and salad lunch!

Each participant will make 4 crafts to take home. You will learn how to make cards, dot art ornaments, photo block ornaments, and burlap banners. There will also be an opportunity for you to create gift tags for the annual Christmas wrap event in December and paint kindness rocks for your family to hide and share.

Together, let's look at some of the tensions in Scripture and discover how understanding God's consistent nature, especially within the tension, helps balance our lives and direct our steps. 

The Women's Ministry invites you to join us at Eastpointe for Intensionally Intentional with Bible Teacher and Story Teller, Wendy Fitzgerald, and Worship Artist, Lauren Young, September 22, 2018 from 9:00am-4:00pm. We pray you can be a part of this special day! Registration closes September 17, 2018.
