Sleep in Heavenly Peace - Bed Building Day

How does Pastor Dustin celebrate his birthday? By helping kids in our community have a safe place to sleep! For his 48th birthday, he's hoping to build 48 beds with our ministry partner, Sleep in Heavenly Peace. It's the only way he knows how to party!

Thanks to your generosity this past year, this bed build is possible. Every bed we build is a tangible reminder of God's love and care for children in our community.

Help make a difference on Saturday, September 12 as we build and deliver beds for local children in need.

This opportunity is open to all ages (children must be closely supervised by a parent). Two volunteer shifts are available: 9:00–11:30 AM and 12:00–2:30 PM. Sign up for one shift or both as we celebrate Dustin's birthday by giving the gift of a good night's sleep to 48 children.

 A light lunch and water will be provided for those staying for both shifts.  Feel free to bring snacks to share with other volunteers that day.

Sports and Arts Camp

Eastpointe Christian Church’s Sports and Arts Camp is a five day, fun-filled camp geared toward helping kids learn the value of teamwork, effort, and drive through sports and arts. It will be offered June 3-7 from 6:30-9:00pm each evening.  Through each of these avenues, kids will be given the chance to see how their hard work and determination help them succeed.  By the end of the week kids will have learned about teamwork, serving others, second chances, trust, and most of all- that God wants us to not just sit on the sidelines, but to GET IN THE GAME!
